Before and After School Programs

SCBS offers complimentary before-school supervision. Support staff selected and approved by the school will arrive on the school premise by 7:15 daily. 

• Students can be dropped off from 7:15 a.m. at no additional cost to parents.

The school period finishes at 2:30 p.m, however the school provides a thirty minute grace period  for parents to collect their children.  Any student not picked up by 3:00 p.m. will be automatically placed in Aftercare and the daily fee will be charged. 

After Care Program

After Care runs from 2:45 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. This program is open to all students and provides the opportunity for them to complete their homework or rest and relax in a supervised environment. 

• Fee per Term: $240.00 (payable in advance at the beginning of each term) or;
• Daily Fee: $10.00

After School Activities Program 

After School Activities run from 3:00 p.m. to 4:15 p.m..

• Fee per Term: $260.00 (payable in advance at the beginning of each term)
• Duration: 10–12 weeks
• Eligibility: Students in Grade 2 (KG 4) and above 

The maximum number of students will be capped at forty five. This is to ensure that:

• All students are adequately supervised
• All students are allowed adequate time to take part in each activity

Students registered in the After School Activities Program may choose to participate in any of the activities offered, ranging from one to five days per week and may attend the After Care Program at no additional cost. 

Important Reminders 

Please note that students will not be permitted to participate in any after school activity unless they are formally registered and the program fees are paid. 

Additional charges will apply for students who are not collected by 4.45 p.m., unless

prior arrangements have been made with the school.

Enrollment

Students wishing to participate in either of these programs must do so at the start of each term so that effective teams can be put in place.  Registration forms are available online.
